Indications d'application: Approved: Flo, ICC, IHC, IHC-Fr, IHC-P (1:50), WB

Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Flow Cytometry: 10 μL per test. Immunocytochemistry: 1:10 using isolated EVT cells fixed with 0.5 % PFA at 4 °C for 15 minutes followed by acetone at -20 °C for 2 minutes. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen and paraffin embedded sections. Protease treatment of paraffin sections is required. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
